MY OJT JOURNEY

         Through this OJT Experience

 I learned a lot. Working at the RECORDS OFFICE such a journey for me, 

As a trainee, I developed a lot of things.

 I Improved myself confidence in Socializing with other people.

I have an Initiative in doing something. 

I've learned to be flexible because not all people we encountered are the same. 

If we don't do, it is really waste of time if things can prevent us in making errors. 

We need to process everything Sequently.

 I can say that I learned to work efficiently and competently in the organization.

Having 320 hours of OJT I can say that the  course I enrolled is exactly what I want.

It is stressful but I loved it. Its challenging anyway.
